Having trouble receiving MMS on my Lumia 920 on Telus, anyone else?

Hey everyone, I am new here and have just switched over from an Iphone 4 to my first WP8. So far I am loving it except for the fact that I am having trouble receiving MMS pictures. I was having problems before where I couldn't send or receive but I messed around with the APN settings and am finally able to send pictures but I am still having problems receiving pictures. It comes up in my messages saying "get media content now (then the size of the file)" but when I click it to download it shows like it is d/ling but then go backs to the "get media content now". I have used Access Point and manually entered the APN from TELUS, I tried sending a picture to myself as stated in other threads on here but still with no luck. Any ideas from somewhere out there. I am using a Unlocked Rogers branded phone on TELUS' network. Thanks

I just thought I'd chime in with my own experience in case anyone else comes across this thread while searching. I also have a Rogers-branded Lumia 920 that I unlocked and moved over to Telus. After initially trying to set the Internet and MMS APN settings manually with only partial success, I came across this article (and others) that suggested I use the Access Point app. After deleting all the manual settings I plugged in and getting Access Point setup, I can report that everything works perfectly - LTE, Internet Sharing, and sending & receiving MMS messages.

I heard from a friend of mine that there was a bug in the Access Point app a couple of months ago which caused a lot of people issues. A subsequent update has apparently resolved these issues.

I had same experience. Got SMS+photo, and internet sharing, working by using Access Point (delete old settings, switch to new).

A WP OS update sometime in February has broken all that. This time, Access Point jiggery-pokery is not helping.

Any other Telus Lumia 920 users who have internet sharing working? (& are you sure it's *still* working?) What are your settings?

Thanks for any tips.
