Help! Cant make phone calls

Hi! I need your help, I've never had any problems like this. Today I tried to make a phone call and it got blocked..




I dont understand why since I have disable the option to block calls and there is no number in the list.


Someone has a solution for this????:crying:

Um.... English please (in the image) but try a soft reset or hard reset. That should solve it, if it doesn't hand it to Nokia care

yep, just upload the images in english.. there is no Nokia care in here... so am on my own =|

Did you try a soft reset yet? Hold the power + volume down button until the screen goes off.

yep I already try that.. I just discover something.... this only happens with the numbers that I have saved with the country code (+521)... I just deleted that part of a number and the phone call was succesfull...
Anytime I try to make a call in whatsapp it adds that code so the call fails. Its really anoying and yesterday it worked just fine. and I didnt change a thing :/

Well... aparenttly it was my service provider. My phone line was restricted cause they coudnt make the charge in time... I pay it and everything its fine now.
Maybe this helps someone else... heheheh
