The only new Lumia's that have the physical camera button are the 950/950xl.
Your camera app is on your start screen.

The Lumia 640 does not have a dedicated camera button, if that's what you're referring to.

In your camera settings, you can set the timer to 2, 5, or 10 seconds. Even though you still have to tap the on-screen shutter button to start the timer, at least you can be still when the picture is actually taken. That's all I can think of to help you with your selfies.

The people that make selfie sticks code them for iOS and Android. None of them work on Windows Phone. Many have tried and failed and complained about wasted money.

A Nokia Treasure Tag would do.

Or try Intellicam for voice trigger of front or rear camera. https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...ps%2FIntellicam%2F9WZDNCRCWN2F&token=elrBlO2U

Actually WP8.1 Update 2 does support Bluetooth selfie sticks (similar to the Nokia treasure tag) so any generic android supported Bluetooth selfie stick should work.

Cool. Thanks pankaj981... I learned something new and the day is only about 47 minutes old here. LOL

How does d voice trigger works

Did you get Intellicam?

It runs you through a tutorial when you open it first use.

You can even set the phrase... The default is "cheese" I changed mine to "snap." You can toggle the voice command off and on easily. It has facial recognition so you can even use the rear camera and get a tone when it sees a face and know you are getting in the shot. But it also voice triggers on the front cam where you see yourself on the screen. Just say the magic word. Every time I say "snap" it takes a picture.

I don't do selfies. I use it for tripod or hand held shots when I want to make sure there is no wobble or sometimes for a group shot with me in picture for family gatherings.

If you aren't looking at the thing (haven't installed it) then just go for it. It works. Trust me.
