HELP!!! How to delete a device from the ie11 tabs other

I used to have a surface and my Lumia 1020
Now that the surface is dead I still have one tab opened on the browser which is annoying I can't remove it
I've tried deleting all trusted devices from the account but seems not to remove it any suggestions

Try going to Settings, then Sync My Settings, then toggle the Internet Explorer one to Off.

When I turn it off its gone but then I still need to sync my tabs with my other phone I forgot to mention this sorry
