Help Keeping People Hub Photos and Contacts Without Facebook

Hello! I am hoping you guys might be able to help me. I love the look of the people hub with all the photos etc. However, I want nothing to do with FB anymore.

Is there a way to backup all the FB contact names and photos but not have FB on my phone?

Hopefully this makes sense. Thank you for any suggestions.
