Help- Phone wont download updates

hey guys
my phone just got updated with a minor update (like 3mb) ending with 536.12 i think
but not it wont download the next update...
it keeps saying connect to wifi to download updates, and i am connected.
when I try to disable data connection then it says "downloading updates" but it wont do a thing.
there's no little arrow next to the wifi symbol as-well

anyone got an idea? i really want to download this update already...

try restarting the phone then checking for updates again.

I did , that didnt help

what helped was a factory reset
