Help ! Primary camera on Lumia 830

I have o problem with my lumia 830
When start the camera , this is crash . The flashlight doesn't work .
The camera + flash is death .
I try reset the phone , restart , everything but nothing
How can i do ?
The update 8.1.2 is problem ?

Then i think you might have a faulty device, i would return it to the store.

Which camera app do you use
Lumia cam or default cam app
If hard reset didn't work then try out Lumia software recovery tool
You will find it on Microsoft website.and its description also.
It will reinstall your phones software.use it carefully

I use both camera , and nothing , doesn't work
but why didn't flashlight ?

The only solution is Nokia Care, as there's no fix for this. (faulty hardware problem)

Do you save the files to a sd card, or the phone itself? Have you tried a different camera?

If other cameras don't work, sounds like a camera hardware issue. The camera is not very hard to replace. Does it happen on both, or just the main?

Do you have a flashlight app that you can run, to test the light working?

The only solution is Nokia Care, as there's no fix for this. (faulty hardware problem)

Depends if it's under warranty or not. This is about a $20 DIY repair, but I suspect much worse than that to send it in.
