HERE drive my commute question

hi everyone,

i've tried using the 'my commute' feature in HERE drive+ this week, but it has been buggy at best. I tried searching for 'here drive my commute' on the internet, and came across this site:

i can't figure out how to get to this 'perform quickstart guide'. i uninstalled/reinstalled the app to no avail. any information would be appreciated.

live tile doesn't always update; battery drain is huge when the my commute feature is running.

What I noticed from day one, even when it first show up in WP7, My Commute uses a lot of data (about 50 ~ 100 MB/day). Battery drain is expected.

Live tile only updates when you set up your commuting times. It starts to update commute time an hour before the set commute time.

Is anyone having success with the traffic updating? My commute always says "Couldn't Update Traffic". Been using it for a few days.

On my lumia 920 here in Germany it works perfectly.

The My Commute tile rarely updates around my commute times and when it does show something, tapping it brings me to the All Commutes page which just shows me my set commutes but no traffic information. Can't do anything except create, save, or delete commutes. How do I get it to do something?

Traffic data is not available for all countries just yet. So maybe depending on where you are, you may not be getting traffic data. I am in India and My Commute works perfectly for me.

Is anyone having success with the traffic updating? My commute always says "Couldn't Update Traffic". Been using it for a few days.

I also get "Couldn't Update Traffic". This is in the DC area, where here maps and here Drive can display the traffic

Traffic was working fine for me for two months. Now, for the past week, it says "couldn't update traffic." Can anybody tell me how to fix this?
