HERE Maps Problem

I had a problem when I tried to update HERE Maps. It said it couldn't update, so I uninstalled it and tried to install it again, but it just came up with an error. Now, in place of the icon, it just has a random string, supposably where the file should be... has anyone else experienced this problem, or know how to fix it?
