HERE services... weird things happening

I'll tell you my story:
I used to have a Lumia 520, which broke and now I'm using a Lumia 720.
In my former phone, I used HERE map services, but I couldn't find those apps in the store with my new phone. Assuming they're not compatible with my phone, I didn't try anymore.
Weird thing: I was looking for an app in my "My apps" option in the store. And there I also found the HERE apps. And curiously they were not in the "Not compatible with your phone" section. So... doesn't it sound weird?

It is a known glitch on the store and has been for some time. Transit has reappeared for search, but Maps and Drive + are still MIA.
