hi everyone,hey cortana feature and double tap wake up does not work on my 930,restarted the phone,but it is the same,please give me a solution:asleep:

Did it ever work?

Have you tied a soft reset (power on and volume down for 15s) or a hard reset?

it s about 2 weeks i have bought the phone,it had no problem,one day i checked and saw it does not work,i tried the soft reset then it became ok,but now its the same,and the soft reset did not change the matter
