Hey Cortana doesn't work

After the latest insider build 15007 my ku ia 950 doesn't respond to hey Cortana at all. If I press the Cortana button it works. I've tried English US or English Canada and also played with region settings without luck

Is hwy Cortana working on 15007 foe anyone?

I tried with my voice as well as for anyone option. As I said it works sometimes but doesn't most of the time. It's driving me nuts.

Only time I find Cortana to listen to me again is when I manually hit the search then she will responds to hey Cortana

Hey Cortana will never be available for the Lumia 535. Hey Cortana is HARDWARE dependent, the processor requires always on listening feature.

Hey Cortana isn't working well on my 1520 anymore either. Works great on my Surface's and other devices but as the OP said, works about 20% of the time on my phone now. Seems like it got worse after I updated to Win 10 Mobile a couple months ago. I thought maybe I need to completely start over with Win 10 on my phone since Edge won't sync with any f my other devices either but I am unsure what the steps are at this point. Would be nice if Hey Cortana would work though.
