Hey Cortana not working

Hey Cortana is not working on my SP3 running Win10 10130. The switch is on but she isnt listening. The Learn My Voice function does not initiate when selected either. Just get the Cortana symbol with a blank box.,

Strange. it used to work for me previously on 10130 on my laptop.

However, recently I had to reinstall the build from ISO. It's not working now.

Same problem as your described, it's not initiating the learn my voice option.

Oh well. Guess we have to wait for the next build.

It initiase my voice and "learns" it just fine. but still, it is not working, and I am not latest build 10162
