Hey Hobbes, where's the "in depth" usage review of the Touch Pro?

Just wondering if you guys are still planning on coming out with this, since it has been 5 weeks since you guys claimed 3-4 weeks ;-)

No hurry, except that I think I'm gonna decide tomorrow (or whenever they come back in stock) to get one, and would like to see how it has been holding up in "real world" situations.

Thanks, and cheers!

Sorry....these last 3 weeks have been the largest weeks of our year at my real world job.

It will be coming soon. Bottom line is that I love it.

There are some potential cons (as these are always realitive to the individual person):
battery life: it certainly meets my expectations with how much I use it and everything that it is doing from a VGA screen to acting as a WiFi router with WMWifiRouter.

TouchFlo Customization: It is not easy to customize TouchFlo.

But the pros far outweigh any con, IMHO. The amount of memory is heaven sent. I have maxed out all of my cache settings in the registry and still have over 100 MB of memory to play with. The internal memory is nice to so that I can actually put some of my most used games on internal memory without stressing about running our of room.

The sound quality is very good.

BT quality is very good.

I've read some battery reports elsewhere, but what have you been finding? Do you need to switch out a spare battery mid-day? Do you find yourself constantly plugged in?

How long do you think the battery would last in the following scenario, without any recharging:
~40 minutes of voice calls
~1 hour of "surfing"
random "playing" on occasion
pulling e-mails every 30 (or 60) minutes
blue-tooth generally off
wi-fi generally off
GPS occasionally used

Would it be possible to go a full 24 hours with that, or would that barely get me through a workday (~12 hours)?

Also, it looks like the Touch Pro is back ordered so it'll be probably another week or so before I can buy it!
