No. The OS will not allow another app to do that and the OS does not do that. I would look into Kids Corner as an alternative.

Kid corner may be an alternative but its not that secure. Kids are more intelligent now a days

yeah, for sure that is an alternative.. but what if I need to have some privacy for the messaging apps, or the photo hub and so on.. that won't be possible in kids corner

By adding app folder by your vendor there. That's not that easy to add but once you do, you can do anything...

yeah.. and if you have the camera out there.. anyone can go inside the camera album.. just an example.

i have seen my friends using app locker in their android devices for the apps... sometimes make me angry , i can't do the same

request developers to password protect the apps. Some apps do have passwords locks.

And don't let a few features on another phone upset you. It's not worth it.

Line has its own password lock in WP. Wish others too does the same.
