W Windows Central Question Oct 21, 2015 #1 Recently bought the Nokia Lumia 640. I have just put my old sim card from my EE mobile into the new phone. Every things hooked up but it wont let me ring out, apart from the emergency services. Can anyone advice me on what I can do to solve this?
