Hi there, I have a problem with my PC. I can't use Sticky notes and Snipping tool in window 10.

May all tell me how to download it again or access it again in my PC. After I upgraded my window 8.1 t window 10, I can use sticky notes but I can't find it in window accessories. Could any one help me?
