How about the HTC Desire 816 with WP 8.1

I mean would it not make sense to also ship the HTC Desire 816 with WP 8.1.
It has on screen buttons and many good features.

It should work. Snapdragon 400 quad-core, supported resolution. It's possible that a phone like that would be more likely to hit T-Mobile or MetroPCS. Would be a nice mid-range phone with a big screen.
