How am I suppose to sync music

Seriously, this Windows Phone App is horrible. How do I sync certain songs from a album than the entire album? The only option I have is Playlist, Genre and Artist. Why not keep Zune, MS screwed up big time..

I just use Windows Media player for the time being as the App is very lacking.

That does work perfectly for WP7, but unfortunately not for WP8. Either use the very buggy Windows Phone App (I'm using it on Win8) or use WMPlayer as suggested above.

iTunes, or you can try another 3rd party app (Media Monkey or something else). Search for "trainwreck" and find the few suggestions listed there.

The whole reason I ditched my iPhone was to get rid of iTunes, and now MSFT makes it so its easier to use iTunes than their own sync software.

I mean seriously what the **** is going on in Redmond

I'm using Windows Media Player 12 and have had no complaints. It syncs playlists, album art, correct metadata, etc... Avoid the Windows Phone sync apps at all costs

Maybe try uninstalling then reinstalling?
