nothing helped!!
i tried to hard reset , and the "!" icon didn't appeard it keeps restarting
i also tried the Lumia software recovery tools, the Lumia software update tool
the windows software recovery tools none of them worked cuz the phone keept restarting
i 'm freaking crying!!!
