how can I charge my phone while off?

please help me, My l920 is charging while off but it's not charging while on. and pc doesn't detect the phone. I changed battery and socket but nothing changed. I saw this video www. youtube. com/watch?v=qwUNTWXPh6g and this site Come ricaricare Lumia Windows 10 Mobile da spento but I can't install the app since my pc doesn't detect my phone. before malfunction, I installed Custom pdf, vc reg1_5 and interop tools(old version). with these apps what can I do now. please tell me a solution and show me a way.

There is just no way to do that I believe. It's a low-level firmware thing and Lumia's don't charge when powered off. They automatically power on.

The HTC 8X did get a firmware update a while back to enable charging when powered off, but its Lumia competitors like the 920 didn't get that feature.
