windows 10 (10149) store beta error 0x80070003

I updated my lumia 520 OS 8.1 to windows 10 (10149) insider preview. I m getting so many problems while using this updated version.

1. Store beta error 0x80070003
2. cant download ENGLISH(US) language for cortana
3. Phone restart most of the time automatically.

Everyone here asking here questions but nobody giving any answers.

please suggest me, this version irritating me so much.

I'd try a hard reset first, if problems persist, restore the phone with the WPRT and upgrade again.

From my research the beta store 0x80070003 is a common error and seems to be on the store server side from the tweets I've seen. It will probably be fixed in the coming week.

The other two can be chalked up to the fact that this is a preview version and still being worked on, of course there's going to be bugs.

I actually have the same issue with trying to download some DLC of Plague Inc, so I'm coughing it up to a store / OS bug, and just waiting it out, which is a bummer, but this is a beta OS after all (really early beta too).
