Group texting on my Lumia 635 is not working properly!
I often text a family group consisting of nine members. I can receive their group text message threads, but when I try to respond, I get "Can't Send Message, Try Again" and no matter how many times I press "Try Again", it won't send.
I've called AT&T (my carrier) and the Windows device support several times. Windows support tells me to turn the group texting button in settings, to "off". Then I can send to the nine member group, but it goes to each individually, not to the group thread.
Very frustrating; enough that I'm considering not using this phone. Any help would be appreciated. I can't believe that a basic cell phone feature like this would be a problem. Thanks!
