How can I get rid of the colored lines on my Lumia 925's display ?

Hi!

i have a Lumia 925, and the half of the screen ist with vertical colored lines. My question is, does a new display fix this problem ?

Yes, having the screen replaced in a service center (or by yourself if you're qualified or confident enough) should fix that issue.
