How can I pair my sisters Nokia DT-903 charger with her Icon?

Nokia DT-903 Charger Won't Connect to Icon

So I got my sister a DT-903 charger for my sister's Icon, but it won't connect through Bluetooth. It just says it can't pair. We even hard reset the phone and it still won't work. The phone is on Denim, so I just don't know why it wouldn't work. Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem with two unlocked 830's with their half-baked version of Denim and a 930 with full Denim. Meanwhile my 1520 with Cyan pairs fine. Been trying to figure a solution but maybe it has to do with Denim. Keep us posted if you figure it out.

I'm glad to hear I'm not alone. I guess I'll contact Microsoft about it.

I got my issue fixed. I forgot there was a multi-function button at the bottom of the charger. You have to hold it for 8-seconds to basically reset it. Got the 930 to pair after that.

After many phone calls they finally told me to do just that. Works perfectly now. ha
