How can I reduce automatically the size of the pictures while sending through email?

I have a lumia 950xl and every time I send an email to a person out of the country it fails because of the size of the picture. can someone help me with that?

Unfortunately its not possible natively in the Outlook app. You could try reducing the picture resolution using any third party editors like Image Resizing.
