How can I resolve a back light problem on my Lumia 820 after a software upgrade?

back light problem lumia 820 after software upgradation

not resolved even after reset.. worst software 8.1.. very bad experience with lumia 820. I never suggest my friend to go for lumia products.

We need more details:

What problem is it that you're experiencing exactly? Auto-brightness malfunction? Un-even back lighting? No back light at all?

Try restoring via the Nokia Recovery Tool instead of a hard reset.

The back light is not glowing , every time i need to push the middle key of the mobile . Even i cant make a call conference also. Every time i try doing a conference the light shutdown .
This started only after the up gradation of windows 8.1 .

If I understood you correctly, I think the back light of your phone turns on but only for a short period of time, correct?
