How can I unlock my L620?

Needing to unlock my L620...

My 620 has decided to lock itself, probably due to me doing something stupid while downloading an app. Trouble is, without an unlock code I am stuck with a phone showing emergency calls only on the screen.
Any ideas please?

Try doing a soft reset and check if that works..

You're talking about a passcode lock, right?
