How come none of the ringtone apps work on my device ?

When I newly got the device , some of those apps worked and I downloaded some ringtones too.

But now none of them load or work.

Using a Lumia 820 since January.

I recently reset the device as well , just tried some apps now but not working


Any clue ?

Have you looked in the ringtone folder to see if anything is there?
