I just tried to connect my l1320 wp8.1 on my friend's windows 8 and my device not recognized!!
I Guess your Pc OS is the problem here

I tried with my friends PC running 8.1 but it didn't show up in device manager :unhappysweat:

I would like to thank everyone for their valuable feedback.I visited Nokia care center in my state only to discover that my phone's PCB was faulty.
Nokia care personnel said that the phone needs to be sent to Nokia Facility in Chennai(INDIA).
I haven't shipped my phone to Nokia facility yet.
