How do I download English(US) for speech on my Lumia 1020 (Windows Cyan)?

Not ables to download English(US) for speech in lumia 1020 having windows cyan.

I have windows cyan in my lumia 1020. Now I want to use cortana for that I am trying to install English(U.S.) for speech but it is showing couldn't download. Please help in this.

Are you using cellular data for downloading if so please use wifi,
