How do I edit my pictures in windows 10? I can see the picture but cant do anything with it?

My pictures are in my pictures file. I open it and I see the pics. Then I choose one and it opens up and I want to crop it or add color how do I do that? Or better yet....how can I make PICASA my default photo spot?

You can change the default photo app by going into app settings. And in the modern app there is a pen in the top right, click that and you'll see editing tools. If your still using photo viewer, id definatly switch to the modern app, unless you need photo viewer for a specific reason
