How do I enable "type as I flick through" in keyboard without any "text suggestion".

I am using English (India) for keyboard and English (UK) for speech. Referring some other forums, I have seen that this task is impossible: How To Turn Off Text AutoCorrect & Text Suggestions In Windows Phone

But I had been using my keyboard this way for a very long time without any issues, until recently, since I did a factory reset. I do not like the text suggestions box that pop up above my keyboard as I type, but I occasionally like to use the 'swype' feature. In the past, text suggestions automatically turned up only when I flicked through letters, and did not bother me when I went back tapping letter by letter. That feature worked really great for me. Any suggestions?

The two features work with each other. You've probably found times that the Word Flow feature thinks you typed one word, but you actually meant another. Without the suggestion bar, you'd have to delete the whole word and retype it manually.

I'd suggest that you get used to and take advantage of the suggestion bar.
