How do I fix This app can't start problem on Asus T100 (Store and Economist apps)?

How to fix "This app can't start" problem on Asus T100 (Store and Economist apps)

Have used T100 for abaout a year - no issues. All of a sudden, when clicking on Store icon, aoo screen displays for half a second, then the above error displays. Also, when clicking in "E"conomist app, app screen displays but displays above error. Any fix known?
