How do I port forward for shared wifi connection?

How to port forward for shared wifi connection.

I've made my phone (lumia 630) a wifi hotspot and am using a 3g connection.
I'm trying to host a Minecraft server on a specific port on my pc. My pc allows the trafic through that prot.
Is there a way to open the port on the cell phone?

There are some apps available on the Windows Phone Store. They're usually a paid app. Not sure which one would suit you best but do a search for Tether and see if any of them work for you.

Your service provider may block the ports - if so then there is nothing you can do about it.
