I want to rollback to windows 8.1 without affecting "Applications Installed"(not files)

As I stated clearly, I want to rollback to windows 8.1 without affecting my installed applications. I mean, applications like 'VLC Media Player', 'WinZip' etc. and drivers for audio, video, chipset etc.
I know there is a way to refresh the PC but it says 'all installed applications will be uninstalled'. I know it won't affect my files on C: or D:
I am running windows 10(Build 10049) on my PC.

Actually I had an ISO of build 9926. After installing it, I opted for Fast Ring Users. So, I got this latest build(10049).
Build 9926 had an option at start-up to choose "Windows 10 Technical Preview" or "Windows Rollback". But, in the latest build i.e. 10049 its not there.

Please let me know is there any option to do that without affecting the installed applications.
