How do I switch off the container feature and Narrator on my Lumia 635?

how do i switch off "container feature" and narrator on lumia 635?

after logging on to nokiamsartsetup to look for instruction manual, I somehow got a narrator feature and find I get yellow boxes (containers?) around everything and can't seem to get anywhere with this phone. Thanks
