how do i sync my photos from my google acc to windows 10 on my Lumnia 640...????

Are you trying to download your photos in Google Drive on to you Lumia's local storage?
If its not a large amount I would just download each one individually to your phone from the browser. If it is a large amount, I suggest syncing clouds. Using https://mover.io/, you should be able to sync whatever is in your Google Drive to your One Drive, and if you have your Lumia set up to sync automatically with your photos in the cloud, you should see the photos pop up on your phone little by little.
