How do I transfer Apps of a Memory card to another WP?

Transfer Apps of Memory card to another WP

I have Lumia 1520 (Black) right now and Im getting Lumia 1520(Yellow) again tomorrow.
But the problem is i have lots of applications on my memory card and i'm not sure that will all those apps run on my new Lumia 1520 or not?
Sorry if reposted, I've been through most of the threads but couldn't find answer to my question.

You will NOT be able to Xfer (I'm assuming installed) apps from your memory card to NU phone ...

You will, however, be able to download (or restore from backup) the same apps - IF you sign in with the same Windows account.

well, microsoft doesn't allow apps to be transferred directly from the SD card. but you can have all your existing apps by just signing in with your account on your new 1520, and restore from the appropiate device (you'll be prompted to restore right after you sign in).

be sure to back up your old 1520 to have the most recent apps & setting (setting > backup > apps+setting > back up now).

edit:
to be more clear, this method re-install all your apps on the new phone (not transfering it via sd card). so make sure you have a solid data plan to re-download all your apps).

and also, not every apps (and games) state can be restored, means that you'll lose some of your highscore, game progress, etc on apps+games that doesn't yet support this method.
