how to transfer contacts from a Nokia Lumia 610 to iPhone 6

Windows Live ID does not show contacts at all - never mind contacts export option it talks about on the net. At a loss. Please can someone help me.

If your phone was logged in as a Windows account and in the Phone settings/accounts Contacts is checked to sync, then from outlook.com you'll see the settings and export them.

Or, add an iCloud account to your Windows phone and they'll go straight to your iPhone.
