How do i upgrade my lumia to Windows Phone 10

Hello,

First of all i wanna say that im a noob at WP

So i have a Nokia Lumia 630 and it has Windows Phone 8.1
It says that my phone is up-to-date, so i can't really upgrade it with that way
is it even possible to upgrade this model?

You can still upgrade to Win10m using the Windows Insider app.

I have an available update for Win10M since April as I have checked Win10 Update via Advisor app. (Lumia 640XL LTE)

Now if I again download the Update advisor to check, Will it be Win10M anniversary update or the previous available update.
I am confused.

And what about Win10M with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory.

Will it be good to move or stay at Win8.1 for next 6months more.
