How do you know when new apps are released

My market place hasn't changed in like 2-3 weeks, same app appear on new list. Is there another way of seeing new apps?

There's an app called 'App Highlights' and another one to keep track of new noteworthy apps, i cant recollect its name but i had it for a while.
