How do you open/read a text file in Windows 10 Mobile?

Apparently there is no out-of-the-box means of opening/viewing text files stored on OneDrive on WIndows 10 Mobile. Seriously, there is no notepad equivalent like in Windows Phone 7 and 8? Nothing I available on the store seems to work either.

Thanks, that worked. Though I still feel that reading text files should be something Word or Notepad should be able to do. Completely unacceptable to have to download a third party app to read a text file.
