How do you use your Surface, as a Laptop or a Tablet?

Desktop most the time at home. If I go somewhere I take my bluetooth keyboard and mouse. If I am using it on a flat surface away from home I prefer having it lay flat with the keyboard set past the screen for typing. I can type, draw with pen, use mouse for clicking - all at the same time. I have used in in laptop form in the past, but not lately.
