how much is my SP1 worth?

Black Friday is around the corner, so I'm going from a SP1 to SP3 i3, so I will be selling my SP1 to a friend, but I want to sell it to a fair price for both of us, so how much you guys think is worth?

Here's what's on the package I'm passing on to him
*SP1 128GB ( 8 months old, bought brand new at Microsoft Store back in March)
*Type Cover 2 (with backlit keys)
*Freedom Case ( I cant post links, just BING freedom case)
*Microsoft Complete extended warranty. (expires Apr/16)
*Pen and Charger included, even packaging boxes
*Anti-glare screen protector ( forgot brandname)
*looks brand new, no scratches, no cracks,
*I am only user, so no child played with it

I have the same but bought it in April, 2013, with the original type cover. I would think it might be worth $450-$500, but that is just a guess. Maybe see what they are selling for on eBay.

Looks like they are selling used for around $400 for just the device. Add in the accessories and I'd agree with BobLoblaw's valuation.

Around here (Miami), with everything you mentioned, I would say closer to the $500 mark like everyone else is saying.

I had the same one as you, I just sold it to a buddy for $300 with the type cover. I probably could have gotten $100 more but it was a friend so I gave him a deal. They are typically being listed for $450 on Craigslist around where I live, but that doesn't mean that's what they are going for. I found a seller on eBay that is selling factory refurbished ones for $400. So I'd say if you get $400 for the whole package, you did well.
