how much time does lumia 630 dual sim takes place

hi, i am updating lumia 630 dual sim first time ever since i brought, its in installation process even even after 3 hours its not showing any progress what to do

Sounds like an awful long time for it - I would have expected completion after 2 hours or so. Does it seem to be functioning correctly?

Hi and welcome to windows central forums.

if it has still not finished the update process , connect your phone to PC and by using WDRT and reinstall the software. Remember doing this will erase all data on your phone memory. Download here
