Has anyone already gone through the fine print of the terms for MS health and MS band? Telling MS when you go to bed, how well you sleep, how healthy your heart is etc is a lot. I'm sure health insurance companies would like to know all of this.
Of course database hacks are always a risk, but do the terms leave room for MS to share any of that info with other companies without explicit user consent?
Edit: this all gets trickier the moment you allow e.g. runkeeper to work with your data. Now you need to read their fine print as well. I hope MS enforces some default 'don't share with any outside companies' rule for partners interfacing with the data.
