How to activate Cortana on 1020 WP 8.1 Denim?

Hi all,
i can't find a way to activate Cortana. I just updated WP 8.1 to Denim update. I have set language to English-USA.
Restarted couple of times, but unable to find any mention of cortana in apps.

Is there any solution?

Set region to US as well.. Check if time and date are set correctly, soft reset and check in app list again

For the languages remove everything and keep US, once you have Cortana you can download the rest

Also set spoken language to USA English.
I have mine running awesome in Canada. Just set up my PayPal as payment for apps and used an American shipping address

If that doesn't get it set speech to English US. Pin it to start and go.
