How to add Artist Background Images without using MPATool

I use MPATool.

What I am wondering though is whether there's a way to add artist background without using MPATool so that, say, for example, I can copy over the songs to another WP device and not need to run MPATool because the artist backgrounds have been embedded directly to the songs.

That's not what I need though. That's for album art, which is different from the artist background used by Music+Videos
