Something like this happens with the new lumia camera app, lumi camera 5...
Everything looks good, but the final result is a pale, desaturated, grayish photo... with both front facing and rear camera

What cna we do?

It happens on my 1520 too, I take the photo, the Living Image looks great and then the final photo looks like crap. All the color drained out of it. I have no idea how to fix it either. It has to be a software problem because it never happend before LC5. The photo also becomes very grainy, as if it has a lot of noise in it.

I came back to lumia camera classic... rich capture and lumia moments are cool features, but they're not what I expected. Rich capture didn't give me THAT much difference (except in size, from 7mb to 27mb for every photo), I will only use this app for scenes that actually require HDR or flash. Lumia moments, well, I don't use it, I'm not a fan of action shot or video neither XD... if I sometime need it, I'll open lumia camera.
But for everyday use, Classic is the one for me, here's an example of why

I like the Rich Capture. In the shots I take, I notice a big difference but when I don't have RC on, the standard shots look dull and lifeless. LC Classic looks much nicer, I guess I can always bounce back and forth between the two.
